Vendor management
Vendor management software for people who curate trust
Not enterprise procurement — built for curators, pros, and communities.
ReferLyst is vendor management software for anyone who maintains a list of people and services they recommend — realtors, group admins, creators, HOAs, and planners. Private hub, public directories, and share links in one place.
The problem
- Vendor contacts scattered across Notes, spreadsheets, and old texts
- No easy way to publish a subset of vendors per audience
- Updating one phone number means editing five different places
- Enterprise VMS tools are overkill for referral-based lists
What you get
Private Vendor Hub
Master records for every vendor — phone, email, notes, status, and category. Edit once, publish to multiple lists.
Public lists & directories
Curated pages with categories, call/text/email buttons, and your branding. One shareable link per audience.
Publish controls
Choose exactly which hub vendors appear on each list. Toggle visibility without deleting records.
Vendor self-signup
Share a join link — vendors apply with their info. You review and approve before anything goes public.
Bio links + shop tabs
Social icons, affiliate picks, and vendor referrals on the same page — Pro themes included.
Analytics & intros
Track clicks and intro requests on Pro. See what your audience actually uses.
How it works
- 1
Build your hub
Add vendors you trust — or let them apply via your join link.
- 2
Publish lists
Create public pages for clients, groups, or followers. Pick who appears on each.
- 3
Share one link
Pin in group chats, bios, emails, and QR codes. Update once — link stays current.

FAQ
- Is this the same as enterprise vendor management?
- No. ReferLyst is built for word-of-mouth referral lists — curated vendors you personally recommend — not corporate procurement or RFP workflows.
- How many vendors can I manage?
- Free: up to 100 vendor contacts account-wide. Pro: up to 1,000 vendors per list and up to 10 lists.
- Can I keep vendors private?
- Yes. Your Vendor Hub is private. Only vendors you publish appear on public lists.
