This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By using ReferLyst, you agree to comply with this AUP.

You may use the Service to maintain referral lists, share trusted vendors, operate community or professional resource pages, and collect vendor applications in accordance with your list settings and applicable law.

You may not:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Upload malware, phishing content, or attempt unauthorized access
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate
• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive listings or reviews
• Send spam or scrape the Service without written permission
• Circumvent plan limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use the Service for illegal gambling, weapons, or adult services where prohibited
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with ReferLyst LLC

We may investigate violations and remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the platform.
