When vendors update their contact info
Vendor-controlled profiles notify list owners when details change.
If a vendor on your list has a live business profile (referlyst.com/their-business), they control their contact info. When they update phone or email, you get a notification to accept the change on your list or keep your saved version.
- Accept — your list shows their latest info immediately
- Dismiss — keep the version you had (useful if you use a direct line)
- Visitors can always tap the vendor name to see the live profile page
