How intro requests work

Request → you review → forward to vendor when appropriate.

On your public list, each vendor card has an Intro button. Visitors submit their name, email, and message. You receive a notification — not the vendor directly. You decide whether to forward the intro.

    They explain what they need on the intro form.

    You get notified

    Open Notifications to read the request.

  3. 3

    Forward or handle yourself

    Forward passes your referral to the vendor; they see it on Leads if they have a business profile.

Tip: Intro requests protect vendors from spam while keeping you in control of your reputation.
