Browse /help, then /support (logged in) or /contact (public) with optional attachments.

Search this Help Center for answers. If you're logged in, open Help & support in the app menu (/support) to submit a ticket with topic, message, and optional screenshot or PDF (up to 8 MB). Public visitors use /contact.

  • Include your list URL and steps to reproduce bugs
  • Attach screenshots when design or layout looks wrong
  • We reply by email — usually within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM ET)
